Return Policy

We want you to love your Puvu Pior® purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • All purchases are inspected upon return before refunds are issued
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label, or the return will be closed

How to Return: Contact our customer service team at support@puvupior.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. Exchange items must meet the same requirements as returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
